- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆i would not recomend or rate this company i taken my car for an mot to the talbot road depot wen i went to collect my car they said it had failed on the brakes to wich the said they had fixed without my say so then demanded that a bill be payed i never gave my concent for this work to be carried out as i have a warrenty on my brakes as i have not long purchased this car and could have had my brakes done for free they also tryed to price me for tyres they said need replacing but a second opinion from a tyre garage explaied they was fine wen i refused to pay for the brakes they refused to give me my mot certificate i have been going to this garage a while with various cars and never any problems until now wen i reported this matter to head office i was in a nutshell fobed off i wont be using this compay ever again and i would strongly advise people to keep ther wits about them selfs if they choose to use the talbot road company i would like to also ad i have never had any problems as yet i have always been more than satisfied with the service i have received i now feel totaly let down and to add insult to injury they have sent me a reminder lol least ther is a funny side to this but im sorry hafords i wont be using you again take care an be carefullBy Admin, October 28, 2019
